Good app , needs some serious improvements
It’s a good app they’ve really got some good products on there but the interface is awful
The filtering doesn’t work properly, it’s small, it’s take forever to find stuff . It’s a shame because they’ve seriously got some good products on there but they need to improve their app
Needs some improvements
Good for browsing.
No wish list to save items for later.
If you save items in your shopping bag to buy later, the price doesn’t update with the latest price. You have to click on each item
In your basket as the price may have changed since you added it.
Returns - you have to copy your order number and paste it to start a return. Could be great with a few updates!
Crashes all the time!
This seems a lovely app but very frustrating as it keeps crashing.! Seems to be user friendly but can’t stay on it long enough to make any purchases….as this is your only way of doing business now Debenhams this really needs sorting out…I really miss shopping in store and I have lots of Debenhams clothes in my wardrobe and would still like to buy online…please fix it!!!
